Ann Vastano

Ann Vastano was born in Bowmore on the Isle of Islay but grew up living and working in the Scottish Highlands. Her artistic journey has been fueled by a deep connection to the dramatic landscapes that surround her. She is especially captivated by the character-filled bothies and cottages scattered across the Highlands. Alongside the ever-changing northern weather, these elements remain a constant source of inspiration and creative challenge in her work.
